Nishimatsu Construction Co., Ltd. (NCC) was founded in 1874 and Singapore Branch Office was established in 1980. Since then, NCC had been involved in various civil engineering and building construction projects. NCC was also involved in underground works projects in Singapore since the first phase of the mass rail transit (MRT) System in early 1980’s.
• Completed civil engineering projects include:
North South Lime (NSL) C107B City Hall Station and Tunnels, C101 Bishan Depot (First MRT Depot in Singapore), East West Line (EWL) C301 Lavender and Bugis Station and Tunnels, Changi Airport Line (CAL) C503 Bored Tunnels for Changi Airport Line, North East Line (NEL) C708 Clarke Quay Station and Tunnels, Circle Line (CCL) C823 Paya Lebar, Dakota and Mountbatten Station and Tunnels, CCL C828 Nicoll Highway and Stadium Station and Tunnels, Downtown Line (DTL) C929A Tunnels between Ubi and Kaki Bukit Stations, Thomson East Coast Line (TEL) T228 Gardens by the Bay Station and Tunnels, Singapore Power Assets (SPPA) East-West Transmission Cable Contract EW3.
• Completed Building projects with deep basement include:
United Oversea bank (UOB) Plaza, Suntec City, Bugis Junction, Paragon, Causeway Point and National Library.
• Current projects in Singapore include:
- LTA CCL C882 Keppel Station and Tunnels.
- Public Utilities Board (PUB) Deep Tunnel Sewerage System (DTSS) Phase 2 – Contract T10.
- LTA Cross Island Line (CRL) Contract CR110 Bored Tunnel Tampines North and Defu Stations.
NCC has also undertaken major projects in Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
